Can I find out online what's happened to a report I made at a police station/over the phone?

Victims of crime may email the officer in charge of their case (firstname.lastname@police.govt.nz), quoting the incident reference number. Include your telephone contact in case the officer needs to call you back.

If you don't have the officer's name, need to call or visit the police station where you made the complaint for advice.
