I have not received the goods I ordered over the Internet. What can I do?

Police response will depend on the circumstances. We will consider such things as the amount of money involved and whether your experience is part of a larger pattern of offending. If the seller is in New Zealand, report it to your local police station. You could also complain to the trading site the person is using and to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Most ISPs will attempt to block that person from using their service. Prevention is the best strategy.
