Refunds $10 and over

• Direct credit - if you are entitled to a refund a direct credit form will be sent to you to complete and return or some payments made will be able to be refunded directly back to the account used to make payment
• Charge back - some credit card payments may be refunded onto the credit card used to make the payment.
