File Management Support Officer
Eastern Police District Headquarters
NAPIER
As a File Management Support Officer you will be required to provide an efficient and effective file preparation and resolution service for all prosecution and Court related files.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Applications must include a completed external application form, a covering letter (2 pages maximum) providing specific examples which demonstrate experience, knowledge, ability or skills regarding the Technical Skills and Competencies as listed and also provide a Chronological CV (5-8 pages).

Technical Skills
1. Demonstrates a sound understanding of Case management as well as an ability to read, interpret and understand legislation.
2. Demonstrates excellent computer skills in the windows based environment as well as competent and accurate keyboard skills in some / all of the following areas - data entry, typing, transcription.
3. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Special Requirements
All applicants will be required to provide sample of written communication skills with application.
