No prosecution sexual allegations

Following a thoroughly detailed investigation over the past nine months into the allegations of indecent assault against Master Christiansen, Napier Police have advised the interested parties that there will be no criminal prosecution.

"The decision was obviously not taken lightly and was made on the basis of legal advice which had been independently peer reviewed," said Inspector Kevin Kalff, Area Commander Napier.
