Gas cylinders stolen

Christchurch Police are investigating a burglary at Rockgas in Byron Street Sydenham overnight on Thursday 16th June 2005, in which ten 9Kg LPG Cylinders were stolen.

The stolen cylinders have valves that are not compatible with common household heaters but can be used for fuelling BBQ's. They have blue Rockgas stickers attached. They are also marked with a painted red diamond and the inscription 'Class 2'.

Police are seeking information from the public in relation to this burglary and the location of the stolen cylinders.
