1 min read

Police investigating the serious assault on a man left outside Foxton police station last night (Tuesday 4, August) have this afternoon executed a search warrant in the Foxton area.

As a result of those enquiries police have identified a house they believe may be the scene of the assault. At that address is also a car they believe may be linked to the assault.

The house and vehicle have been secured and both will be forensically examined by ESR tomorrow.

A 22-year-old Foxton man is currently charged with assault and will appear at Levin District Court tomorrow morning.
