On Friday 11 September at about 3.30pm police apprehended a man who had spoken to a driver inferring that he was a police officer. He had shown the woman a Police Business card.
Police spoke to him and recovered the Police business card but due to heavy traffic were unable to get the details of the woman he had spoken to. The man was driving a dark green Honda station wagon.
