Alfriston Road remains closed between Claude Road and Scotts Road while Police conduct a scene examination following an incident which took place at about 1:08am this morning (Sunday 15 December 2013).
One person is in hospital in a critical condition with what appears to be a stab wound to the neck.
Three people are currently helping Police with their enquiries.
