Police are continuing their investigation into the fatal crash on SH29 at Matamata which claimed the life of a 22 year-old woman.
Police can now name the woman as Donna Gou, who was visiting from America, and police express our deepest sympathies to her families.
Police are reminding all road users to take care at intersections, to ensure that you know where you are going before you go, and to plan your route. We all need do everything we can to ensure everyone can make it home safely.
