Canterbury Police have charged a 40 year old man following an investigation into a fatal crash on the Hakataramea Valley Road that occurred shortly after midnight on 9/10 May 2015.
The man is due to appear in Timaru District Court on 10 September 2015 charged with four counts of Excess Blood Alcohol Causing Injury and one count of Excess Blood Alcohol Causing Death.
