Man stabbed during work altercation

Hamilton police have arrested a 25-year-old male following an argument between two men at a Frankton business this afternoon.

The argument resulted in one of the men being stabbed in the leg with a boning knife. 

The man was transported to Waikato hospital with moderate injuries.

Police are continuing a scene examination and speaking with witnesses.

The man will appear in the Hamilton District Court tomorrow.

As the matter is before the courts Police cannot comment any further.
