Canterbury Police have laid charges against three men and one woman following an investigation at a property in New Brighton at approximately 2pm this afternoon (21 November 2014).
A quantity of cannabis and drug paraphernalia was seized along with an illegal firearm.
A 23 year old man will appear in Christchurch District Court tomorrow (22 November 2014) charged with 11 charges including Assault, Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Cannabis.
A 26 year old man and 26 year old woman have each been charged with Possession of Cannabis for Supply and another 23 year old man has been charged with Possession of Cannabis. All three are due to appear in Christchurch District Court next week.
Police investigations are continuing.
