Police are seeking to identify and speak with the man in the attached picture, as there are concerns for his health and welfare.
The picture was attached to a note that was left in a letterbox of a stranger's house in Swanson Road, West Auckland.
The contents of the note have Police concerned for the author's mental welfare. Despite a number of Police enquiries the man hasn't been able to be identified.
