Police are attending a serious crash involving two cars on the Kaipara Coast Highway, SH 16.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 8.55pm.
One person has serious injuries and two others have moderate injuries.
The person with serious injuries is being flown to hospital via helicopter.
The road is closed and diversions are in place at West Coast Road and Wellsford.
Delays are expected in the area and Police would like to thank motorists for their patience in advance.
