Vehicle of interest seized in Kinloch homicide investigation

Police investigating the death of 48-year-old Scott John Henry have seized a vehicle of interest.

The vehicle was seized in Rotorua yesterday (24 August) and is now subject to a forensic examination.  Police believe this vehicle is central to the investigation into the death of Mr Henry.

He was killed in Kinloch, near Taupo, on Tuesday 20 July 2017, with his body being found at his property on Whangamata Road.

Earlier this week Police searched an area of the Pureora Forest near the “Centre of the North Island” Track in relation to the homicide investigation.

While Police are following strong lines of inquiry, any information which can assist the investigation is always welcome.
