Police have arrested a 26-year-old woman in relation to a stabbing which occurred at a Kelvin Road, Maraenui, address on Saturday 12 May.
The Napier woman has been charged with Wounding With Intent and will appear in Hastings District Court on Friday 25 May.
She will also face two common assault charges.
The victim is no longer in hospital and is being supported by family as she recovers from her injuries.
Police would like to thank the public for their assistance during the investigation.
