Follow the steps

Button for step 1.     You dial 111 and ask the Telecom operator for the Police.

Button for step 1.     The Police Communicator answers your call and asks you for the information needed to send the Police to help you.
               We need to find out exactly where you are.

Button for step 1.     The Communicator passes information electronically to the Dispatcher, who coordinates the Police response.

Button for step 1.     The Dispatcher is in contact with Police units by radio, passing on the information you have given to the Communicator.

Button for step 1.     The Police arrive and handle the incident.
               With all the information you supplied over the phone the officers on the scene are better prepared to handle the incident.
