Itinerant secondhand dealers

An itinerant dealer is a secondhand dealer who does not have premises from which he or she regularly engages in secondhand dealing.

If you are a secondhand dealer without a principal place of business, you still have to comply with all the requirements for secondhand dealers. However, instead of having to store your "dealers record" at your principal place of business you must keep those records in your possession.
