Police in Auckland are investigating an alleged aggravated robbery at the Queen Street Travel Money on Monday 14 November 2016.

Just after 8am, a man entered the exchange and presented a gun before ordering the sole worker to the ground. The man then jumped the counter and helped himself to cash.

Following the robbery, he left in a silver Suzuki Swift that was missing both left hubcaps.

The male was described as:

  • Pacific Islander
  • Large build
  • ‘Brown, crooked’ teeth
  • Wearing orange high-vis shirt over a black hoodie.

He was carrying a semi-automatic Glock pistol.
