Bryan and Bobby back on air

There was a time when Constable Keith and his puppet dog Sniff were the dynamic Police duo at many public appearances and children’s education sessions. These days, there’s a new team on the beat.

Otahuhu Constable Bryan Ward and his cheeky canine companion Bobby hit the small screens of New Zealand on 5 May for series two of Bryan & Bobby.

Together they promote their Blue Light community safety messages with a combination of mirth, mayhem and cheekiness.

Bryan and his puppy Bobby visit primary and high schools, kindergartens and hospitals throughout New Zealand raising Kiwi kids’ awareness of safety and social issues. Together they have visited more than 150,000 kids throughout New Zealand.

Their TV show deals with issues facing young people in an interactive and fun way.

“The second series has issues that teachers, Police officers and, most importantly, kids all came up with and asked if Bryan and Bobby could help with that particular issue,” says Bryan.

Series two of Bryan and Bobby is on TV3, weekdays at 3.15pm or visit www.bryanandbobby.co.nz
