Auckland City Police investigating the death of Sheryl Brown found in a carpark on Pitt St on December 10 last year, have arrested a 31 year-old sickness beneficiary of no fixed abode.
He will appear in the Auckland District Court to face a charge of manslaughter today.
Officer in charge of the inquiry, Detective Senior Sergeant Greg Turner said the arrest came after extensive investigative work, with excellent assistance from the general public and media.
