Photo released of missing Christchurch woman

Christchurch police have released a photograph of Suzanne (Sue) Marie SCOTT, who was reported missing yesterday [Sunday 9 January].

Detective Phil McDonnell said Police have received one possible sighting of the missing woman, on Cashmere Road, opposite Princess Margaret Hospital, at about 4.30pm yesterday [Sunday] afternoon.

"We continue to have concerns for her safety, as she has not been well, and we would like to hear from anyone who may have seen her in the vicinty."

The 58 year-old wandered away from Henderson Home in Hendersons Road, Hoon Hay, around 10.30am on Sunday.

She is European, approx 155cms tall, of thin build with blue eyes and grey hair. When last seen she was wearing a blue t-shirt and blue denim jeans, and may also be wearing a blue zip-up polarfleece jacket with grey trim.

Any sightings or information about the missing woman should be reported to Christchurch police [Detective Phil McDonnell, ph. 03 343-7400].
