1 min read

A woman being sought by Wanganui Police for fraud has this morning (Wednesday, 3 June) been arrested.

Details of Sandra Mary Wallace were circulated last week on Police Ten-7 and throughout other media outlets.

There was a warrant out for the arrest of the 53-year-old in relation to four fraud charges, and she was also being investigated for numerous other fraud complaints. The offences were primarily credit card and cheque fraud around the country.

This morning Wallace was arrested at a residential address in Pukekohe without incident.

She has been charged with 31 fraud offences and is appearing at the Pukekohe District Court this afternoon.
