Police are seeking information from the public following an aggravated robbery in Shirley.

Two men entered Burger King on Marshland Road at around 8:45pm on Wednesday 27 March. Both were armed, one with a knife and one with a hammer. After threatening staff they took a sum of money from cash registers. Nobody was injured in the robbery. 

The men left the premises and drove off from Sabina Street towards Hope Street in a silver Subaru station wagon.

Anyone who might have seen the vehicle in the area at the time, or has information which might assist is asked to call Police on 03 363 7400, quoting file number 190328/3219.
