Counties Manukau Police have concerns for the safety of 19 year old Dominique Pepi-Foster who was last seen leaving an address in Manurewa following a domestic incident.  She is thought to be in the company of Jeffery Makapi Rapana, 31, who has bail conditions to not associate with Dominique.

The pair left the address in Gloucester Rd, Manurewa in a red 1994 Honda Accord with the registration ETC684 which may have a broken windscreen.

Police have real and grave fears for her safety and would like to hear from anyone who has seen or had any contact in the last 24 hours with Dominique, Jeffery or the car they may be driving.  Additionally if Dominique is able to contact Police herself to say she is safe that would be appreciated.

Anyone with information about Dominique should contact Counties Manukau Police Crime Squad immediately on 09 261 1321.  Information can also be provided anonymously to the organisation Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
