Christchurch Police investigating a robbery at a dairy in Riccarton are seeking help from the public.

Around 4:10pm on Thursday, the sole male offender approached the attendant at Harrington Dairy on Peverel Street, produced a knife, and ran from the scene with a sum of money.

CCTV images from the scene show a male wearing grey fleece Nike shorts, a white polo shirt, and a distinctive black cap with what appears to be a gold image of a bodybuilder on it.

If you can help Police identify this male, or you have any other information that may assist, please call Detective Donny Aitken at Christchurch Police on (03) 363 7400.
