Police in Hamilton have charged three adults in relation to the incident in which a 9-year-old boy was filmed by a member of the public while severely intoxicated in a Hamilton skate park on 7th January.
Two men - aged 20 and 27, and a woman aged 25 - have each been charged with Supplying Alcohol to Minors under Section 241 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
All three are from the Fairfield area of Hamilton and will appear in Hamilton District Court on 28th January.
Police and Child Youth and Family are continuing to support the boy and his family in relation to the incident.
