This means New Zealanders not working in essential services must stay at home and stop all interactions with others outside of their household.

Police in Counties Manukau are trying to track down Tills LEVIKA who’s on the run after breaching his electronically monitored bail conditions.

Tills LEVIKA is described as:

  • Male
  • 32 years
  • 168cm / 5’6”
  • Medium-Solid build

‘JCB’ tattooed on his left forearm.
‘21’ tattooed on the back of his right hand.

Contacts in Counties Manukau, particularly in Manurewa.

Police warn that he may be armed and is considered dangerous so is not to be approached.
