Police in Counties Manukau are still investigating the disappearance of mother of four Leonie Emery, who’s been missing for over 3 years, and her whānau and Police have grave concerns for her safety.

Detectives have pieced together Leonie’s last movements and know that she was in Huntly and Ngāruawāhia in January 2018, but has not been in contact with family or friends since.

Police are appealing for anyone who thinks they may have seen Leonie around that time, particularly anyone she may have caught a lift with or stayed with in the Ngāruawāhia area.

  • Travelled from Huntly to Ngāruawāhia on 12th January 2018 and stayed in the area for 14 days
  • Last confirmed sighting in Ngāruawāhia on the 26th January 2018
