Appendix 13 of the Crewe Review is the 2013 report by the Criminal Profiling Unit undertaken as part of the review into the deaths of Harvey and Jeannette Crewe.
The report is a criminal profile of the perpetrator(s) responsible for murders, and includes sections on:
- information sources;
- report caveats;
- Arthur Allan Thomas;
- revisiting the evidence;
- and alternative scenario; and
- questions for the review team.
