Police are releasing the last known image of Renee Duckmanton which has been taken from a Peterborough Street CCTV camera in Christchurch.

The image, which shows Renee walking on Peterborough Street, was from shortly after 9.00pm on the night of Saturday, 14 May 2016.

This area is frequented by many people on Saturday nights and is not far from Margaret Mahy Park.

Police are continuing to ask for any sightings of Renee in and around this area on the Saturday night.

“Currently, police believe Renee arrived in the area shortly after 8.30pm. At approximately 9.00pm, Renee walked across Manchester Street and into Peterborough Street,” says Detective Inspector Darryl Sweeney.

“This can either be through to the Christchurch Central Police station or anonymously through the organisation Crime Stoppers 0800 on 0800 555 111.”

“Police do appreciate the sensitivity of the work on Manchester Street. Accordingly, Detectives are able to meet or communicate with those in the area by any arrangement that suits.”

Police continue to have a large team of investigators and specialist staff working through the week to ensure those responsible are held to account.
