Case 1: Wanted – Luther Leonard Walter PHILLIPS
Counties Manukau Police need your help to find Luther Leonard Walter PHILLIPS. They have 4 warrants for his arrest on various driving offences and for unpaid fines.
PHILLIPS is described as:
- Male Caucasian
- 24 years
- 173cm / 5’8”
- Thin build
He has a tattoo of a skull on his right shoulder and has contacts in South Auckland.
PHILLIPS has gang connections and is associated with the Killer Bees.
He has a history of violence and is considered dangerous SO DON’T APPROACH HIM.

Case 2: Arrest Made
Case 3: Brett Hall Suspicious Disappearance, Whanganui
Brett Hall, aged 47, shares a section of land off Whanganui River Road (Pitangi Track). He generally lives in a caravan on that land and is in the process of building a house on the property, which is at the framed but not closed in stage. He has owned the land for approx a year.
On Tuesday 31 May in the evening a neighbour reported him missing as he had hadn't seen him for a while. Police estimate the period in which he went missing is Friday May 27 to Tuesday May 31.
On 1 June Police found the caravan insecure, his Toyota Hilux by the caravan and his quad bike about 300 metres up a track. The property is not easily accessed on foot and is rugged. A search and rescue op was launched on the morning of Wednesday, 1 June but there was no sign of Mr Hall. A team of detectives are involved and are considering the possibility of foul play.

- 47 years
- 182cm / 6’0”
- Medium build

Case 4: Wanted – Oscar AH WONG
Counties Manukau Police need your help to find Oscar AH WONG. He is wanted for an assault with a blunt instrument.
AH WONG is described as:
- Male Maori
- 52 years
- 189cm / 6’3”
- Fat build
He has a tattoo of a swallow or dove and a man’s face on the back of his left hand, a palm tree, a female’s face, a scroll and a V8 symbol on his left wrist.
AH WONG also uses the names Oska and Oggy and is a patched member of Black Power.
He is considered dangerous SO DON’T APPROACH HIM.
