The Media Services team forms part of the Public Affairs Group in the Police National Headquarters.
The section's functions include:
- Responding to requests from reporters for information;
- Providing advice on or explaining police philosophies, policies and practices to media organisations;
- Providing districts with advice on specific media issues.
