Police appeal for collision witnesses - updated9 October, 2009 - 16:53 Wellington Police are appealing for witnesses to a motor vehicle crash that occurred on 9 October 2009 at approximately 6.45 am. The collision occurred at the intersections of Riddiford, Hall and Mien Streets in Newtown. One vehicle spun around 180 degrees following the impact.
