Alexandra Police and Central Otago Land SAR members have located a 4WD vehicle that was reported as overdue.
The extended off road central Otago adventure began on Sunday and finished in the Kopuwai reserve in the early hours of this morning where the stuck vehicle was located near Christies hut.
Central Otago Land SAR members assisted in the recovery of the vehilce and its two occupants who were not injured.
4WD adventurers are reminded to carry recovery and communications equipment.
