Police are seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery of a pizza store in Whangarei last night.
About 10pm a man entered Domino’s Pizza on Water Street. He threatened a store employee with a knife and then ran off with some cash. The male employee received some superficial cuts from the knife.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the robbery or any suspicious activity in the area between 9.45pm and 10.15pm.
