Police have this afternoon responded to an armed robbery in Torbay.
Police received information just after 2.30pm of a male pointing a weapon at a staff member at a commercial premises on Beach Road.
No one was injured. A small, unknown amount of cash was taken.
Police responded, set up cordons, and have carried out area patrols to find the offender.
The investigation is ongoing.
