Police and Fire Service are investigating a fire at the address of 23 Lock Street, Dunedin that occurred on the morning of Saturday 30th April 2016.
Fire Service was initially called to the Saint Clair address at about 9.15am.
The fire is being treated as suspicious and a scene examination commenced yesterday and will continue today.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity at the time and may have seen any persons acting suspiciously, and would ask that they call Dunedin Police on ph 03 471 4800 or altnernatively anonymous information can be passed to Crimestoppers ph 0800 555 111.
