Armed Police attended an incident in Auckland's Lorne St at about 2pm after being advised two people had been assaulted by others, reportedly armed, during a dispute over some personal property.
Officers are investigating the allegations and are making inquiries about the location of those allegedly involved.
Police are still in the area but don't expect to be there too much longer.
