There has been a crash outside Orana Wildlife Park in Christchurch.
A vehicle has collided with a power pole, bringing wires down and trapping one person in the vehicle.
Police were called to McLeans Island Rd, between Golf Club Access Rd and Miners Bank Rd, at 2.13pm.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area as there will be delays.
There is no damage to the park’s perimeter fence.
