Canterbury Police are appealing for information after two men forced their way into a man's home in Christchurch and threatened him with a gun.
The incident happened in Langdons Road, Papanui, at about 3.30pm on Friday 27 May when a car stopped at the end of the driveway, two men got out and entered the house.
The car used by the men was fire engine red, possibly a Mitsubishi Lancer, and although not in good condition, it wasn't old.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the area, or have any information about the incident. Call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
