Man's approach concerns Police

Auckland Police want information about a man who approached two four year-old girls at Blockhouse Bay Beach in Endeavour Street, Blockhouse Bay at about 7pm on Saturday December 15, 2013.

He has been described as Caucasian, aged between 20 and 30, about 6 ft tall and of skinny build with short brown hair. It's possible he had tattoos on his forearms and he was wearing a watch on his left wrist. He was wearing a plain black t-shirt over jean-type shorts with a belt and had jandals on his feet. He may have also had sunglasses on his head.
