Media are invited to the launch tomorrow, 1 November at 11:15am at Rotorua Boys' High School, of the first NCEA-accredited Police Studies course available at a high school in the country.
The Police Studies subject will be a new option at NCEA Level 3 and Unitec Level 4 for Rotorua Boys’ High School and Rotorua Girls’ High School students in 2018, in conjunction with Unitec.
The launch will include a Police Dog Unit and Armed Offenders Squad display, and speakers from both schools, Unitec, and Police.
