Counties Manukau Police have now located Patrick Dixon.
This follows search warrants at a Cambridge address, assisted by Waikato CIB and AOS staff.
The 30-year-old has been charged with two counts of using a firearm against a law enforcement officer and he will appear in the Manukau District Court this morning.
He will also appear in court on a number of unrelated charges.
