Police are investigating following a report of a firearm being discharged at an address on Norton Road, Hamilton around 12:30pm.
It is understood one person is injured but left the scene prior to Police arriving and was not able to be located.
Cordons were in place at the scene while the address was cleared, and no one was found inside the property.
A scene guard remains in place while an examination is conducted to piece together exactly what happened.
