New Plymouth CIB are investigating an incident which occurred at Kawaroa Park on Tuesday afternoon 1 December 2015 and want to speak to Quade McQuigan in relation to this.
Following enquiries to locate him this week, Police believe Quade is aware they want to speak to him and is doing his best to avoid Police.
Quade is described as a 16-year-old male, of Maori ethnicity, about 175cm tall (5’7”) and of thin to medium build.
People will know where Quade is as he will need assistance from others for food and shelter.
