Porirua Police are looking for Manuel Tawhai who has links to the wider Wellington area.
The 25-year-old, who is of medium build, has a warrant to arrest for failing to appear in court on a number of charges, including dishonesty and drug-related offending.
His current whereabouts are unknown.
The public is advised not to approach Tawhai, but to call 111 immediately if they see him.
