1 min read

Police are continuing to try and locate 25-year-old Levi Reeves.

He has warrants to arrest for a range of matters and Police would like to speak to him in relation to an incident on December 9 th2016 in Whangarei, when a firearm was presented at Police during a vehicle stop.

Yesterday Police received reports from members of the public who had sighted Mr Reeves in Whangarei in the avenues area, around Manu Road.

Police responded to this report but unfortunately failed to locate him.

We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him in this area recently.

Police believe he could also be travelling in the wider Northland area so ask people there to remain vigilant and alert us if they see him.

It’s believed Mr Reeves may still have access to a firearm so he should not be approached.

Anyone with information can contact Whangarei Police on 09 340 4500 or alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police encourages Mr Reeves to make his location known to us so that this matter can be resolved peacefully.
