Serious crash in Penrose

Police are asking motorists to avoid Rockfield Rd in Penrose as emergency services attend a serious crash.
 
Around 9.06am a car appears to have crashed into a fence on Rockfield Rd. The single occupant driver is being treated by Ambulance services and is reported to be in a serious condition.
 
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
 
Traffic diversions are in place between Konini Rd and Marei Rd. Traffic is expected to be diverted until around midday.
 
Police want to thank motorists for their patience as emergency services attend to the scene.
